Our Repair Policy:
Call us first! Many times we can fix the problem over the telephone. If sending the unit back is necessary, we issue you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) so our receiving department will accept the package when it arrives. There is no charge for repairs that are within 2 years of the date of purchase, all you pay is to have it shipped back to us; we will give you an estimate on out-of-warranty repairs. The repair prices are very reasonable and are based on the job.
Micro Wizard will pay for Ground UPS shipping ONLY on warranty repairs. Any expedited or rush shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Micro Wizard Guarantee:
Within 2 years of the date of sale, you may return your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price.

If you need to send a timer back to us for ANY reason you will need to have an RMA# to make sure that it gets handled properly. Just call 888-693-3729 or e-mail returns@microwizard.com to get your RMA#.
