The K2 Kit
The timer kits are a low
cost alternative to a fully assembled timer. The kit includes all the hardware
that you need to build a professional looking finish line display. The
electronics come fully assembled and it just requires carpentry skills to
complete the timer. It requires you to drill the plastic to a printed template
that we give you and then drill the aluminum pieces to your own track
measurements. We supply you with detailed instructions for building the timer -
all you need is the tools and some time. We still custom build the kit to the
track so we need your lane measurements (like we do with an assembled timer).
The kit assembly takes about 2-3 hours to complete.

Serial Race Data |
Sends the actual time race data from the Micro Wizard timer to the computer, or Remote Time Display. The PS comes with a Remote Start Switch, 40 foot serial cable, the USB to Serial converter and some simple data display software. This option is very useful if you use a Race Management Software package package like Derby Master, Grand prix Race manager or Race tender. |

Mask Lanes |
This command will disable any unused lanes - useful when all lanes are not being used. |

Reverse Lanes |
This command reverses the data stream sent from our timer. Some race management software will require the data sent from the timer in reverse lane order. This can also be used with our Remote Time Display to make a double-faced timer at the end of your track. |

Eliminator |
Great for elimination races. Sets the timer to score only a first and second place for a pair of lanes. Lets you run three separate races simultaneously on a 6-lane track, or two separate races simultaneously on a 4-lane track. |

Forces the timer to end the race and send the results of all lanes that have finished. This is a great feature for when a car crashes, burns and falls off the track. |
