Should be able to function without a computer, yet should be capable of sending
it's data to a computer.
Your timer should be easy to install and remove from
your track for easy storage.
Should give you a good value. The most expensive timer
doesn't always give the best results.
Available Tech Support should a problem
arise.
Safe low-voltage operation. That can be run by battery or power
adapters.
A variety of timers and options to fit your needs. One timer doesn't fit
